These terms govern access to and use of the xearth.ci website. By browsing the site, you accept them.

They complement the legal notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which together form the framework applicable to your visit.

The site is freely accessible to anyone with Internet access; connection costs remain their responsibility. Xearth may at any time modify, suspend or interrupt all or part of the site, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

Content and demonstrations

The site's content (offer pages, articles, case studies, reports) is provided for information and constitutes neither a contractual offer nor legal, financial or technical advice tailored to your situation. Any service is subject to a separate quote or contract, which itself sets the governing law and the dispute resolution method.

The artificial-intelligence demonstrations are illustrative, scripted, and use no real data.

Governing law and dispute resolution

In the event of a disagreement, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution first. Write to us at monsite@xearth.ci describing the problem: we aim to reply within thirty days.

Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Xearth's registered office. Disputes arising from a service contract fall instead under the resolution method provided by that contract, which may designate international arbitration.

Reference language

This website is published in French and in English. In the event of a divergence of interpretation between the two versions of these terms, the French version prevails.

Changes to these terms

Xearth may change these terms to reflect developments in the site or in regulation. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of your visit.
